Using this site
humusnshore.org is run by Humus & Shore. By using it, including the portfolio diagnostic, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site’s tools.
The portfolio diagnostic
The diagnostic on the homepage is worked out entirely in your browser. Your answers, and anything you add to make the reading yours, are used only to produce your reading. They are not sent to Humus & Shore or to anyone else, they are never shared or sold, and they are cleared when you reload or leave the page. The site counts only that a diagnostic was started and finished, as the privacy page describes. The reading is a self-assessment scored by a published method. It is general information, not investment, legal or financial advice, and it is not a finding about any company.
Company names
If you type company names to rank them, you confirm that you are free to do so. The names stay in your browser in the same way as your answers and are never sent anywhere. Do not type anything you are not permitted to use.
The website read
The website read is different from the diagnostic. What you type into it is sent to write the read and is kept so the read’s link works. Do not enter confidential information there.
No engagement is formed
Nothing on this site creates a client relationship. An engagement starts only with a signed agreement, and its terms govern that work.
Provided as is
The site and its tools are provided as they are, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Humus & Shore is not liable for decisions made on the basis of a reading or a read.
